I was born and raised in Ocala, and I enjoy serving the community I grew up in. I have always loved that the dental profession allows me to have an impact on the oral health of my patients, and their overall well-being, while establishing lasting relationships.
My interest in dentistry grew in college, at Florida State University. I had the opportunity to volunteer with local organizations to promote oral health in underserved communities locally and abroad. Those experiences led me to pursue a career as a dentist. I attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry, and continue to further my knowledge of my profession through continuing education courses. I have recently become a Dawson Acadamy Scholar. This post graduate curriculum provides me the knowledge to treat complex full mouth rehabilitation.

Outside the Office
I have returned to Ocala with my husband, Scott, who also grew up here. He is a teacher at Vanguard High School, where the two of us both graduated. We have a son, and two big labradors. We love to travel and explore new places. Some of our favorite places to visit are Northern Michigan and Birmingham. As FSU Alumni, we also enjoy cheering on the Seminoles whenever we can.
